Green Initiatives

Chesca's has undertaken the following new and ongoing initiatives, in
an effort to reduce our impact on the environment and support local
businesses:

We purchase sustainable, local and organic products to the greatest
extent possible. This includes sustainably harvested seafood.
We hire local businesses preferentially.
We do not use linens, therefore saving use of bleach and water
during the washing process.
Reduction in water consumption and waste generation -
We use only green cleaning products, even that our trash service
washes their vehicles with green products.
We have a compost and recycling program for food and packaging
waste.
We don not use fuel cells, and limit energy usage.
We support responsible use of paper products for take out
containers and napkins.
